Designed by Akin Atelier and built by EMAC, this intimate boutique occupies a heritage terrace on High Street, Armadale. The four-room layout unfolds like a residential suite, with two‑tone travertine checkerboard tiles up front transitioning into European oak herringbone floors finished in our custom grey‑oiled LED Hardwax Oil. This durable, matte coating aligns with the brand’s sustainability goals—VOC-free, instantly cured with LED light, and crafted for healthier indoor spaces. The finish is fully repairable and easy to maintain, offering long-term performance without compromising on elegance.

Architectural features such as travertine architraves, a “pearl wave” onyx counter, natural light from rear skylights, and bespoke fittings create a tactile, earthy environment that earned the project an Australian Interior Design Award.
